Yeah, so it's been a while since I've been here or done anything. Studies have taken a lot of my time and eaten away my motivation (I'm doing my master's thesis) and energy and sh*t. There's been a few personal crisis' within a few years as well. I haven't written anything in english for a long time, so my grammar and everything else sucks, big time, and it bothers me. Sorry for any stupid mistakes you'll find. English is my (rusty) second language so... anyway.

I checked my old drawings here and I have to say that I honestly hate most of them. They're ok, but "ok" is not good enough. I have to (and want to) draw at least good. Of course I would like to be perfect like anyone, but no one is even close to perfection (ok, some big names in the art world but enough about that). Least of all me. I need a lot of practice again and I don't have the time or the motivation to do it. I start something, try to scribble some random crap, and if it doesn't feel right from the beginning or work the way I want it to work, I get pissed and quit right away. Well, usually after a lot of cursing and glaring at the paper before me. After that I swear I'll never draw another picture... but after a few days I try again and sometimes I manage to draw something nice, but usually I just end up cursing and swearing again.

So that's that about my drawings and "artistic" side. Maybe the coming spring will cheer me up and revive my inspiration and motivation. I'll probably delete most of my old crap from here or move them to the scrap book so I don't have to look at them again.
